Divorce Advice Workshop – Terms and Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before registering for the Divorce Studio (the “Divorce Studio”). By registering for the workshop, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions:
1. Workshop Purpose: The Divorce Studio is an educational and informational event intended to provide general guidance and advice related to divorce and its various aspects. The workshop is not a substitute for legal and financial advice or personalised counseling. Participants are advised to consult with a qualified legal and financial professional for specific legal and financial advice tailored to their individual circumstances.
2. Eligibility: The workshop is open to individuals aged 18 years or older who are considering or going through a divorce in the United Kingdom.
3. Registration and Payment: To attend the workshop, you must complete the registration process and submit the required payment. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Your spot at the Workshop will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
4. Cancellation and Refunds: If you need to cancel your attendance at the workshop, please notify us in writing at least 14 days before the workshop date to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the Workshop will not be eligible for a refund. In the unlikely event that the workshop is canceled by the organizers, participants will be entitled to a full refund.
5. Conduct during the Workshop: Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully during the workshop. Any disruptive or offensive behavior towards fellow participants, facilitators, or staff may result in immediate removal from the workshop without a refund.
6. Confidentiality: Participants are encouraged to share their experiences during the workshop for the benefit of all attendees. However, personal and sensitive information disclosed during the workshop should be kept confidential by all participants. Participants should not share or discuss identifiable information about others outside the workshop.
7. Liability: The organizers and facilitators of the workshop shall not be held liable for any actions, decisions, or outcomes resulting from the advice or information provided during the workshop. The workshop is for informational purposes only, and participants are responsible for their own decisions and actions.
8. Intellectual Property: All materials, presentations, and resources provided during the workshop are the intellectual property of the organizers and/or facilitators. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for any commercial purposes without prior written consent.
9. Changes to the Divorce Studio: The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the workshop schedule, content, or facilitators if necessary. In such cases, registered participants will be notified promptly.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the workshop or these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
